Financing Many of the properties can be financed through Countrywide Home Loans. To obtain additional information: Countrywide offers a free mortgage pre-approval through Jim Stasiowski a Mortgage Consultant and REO Finance Specialist. Please click on the PRE-APPROVAL QUESTIONAIRE shown below and complete it. Once the form is complete, e-mail the questionaire back to BaltimoreHotProperties.
